There is a woman in my metabolic program who has made dramatic shifts in her metabolic health — lost significant weight, less pain all over her body, more energy, and an increased desire to exercise 💪! Recently, we've noticed a plateau in her fat-burning and lack of ketone production.

Metabolic syndrome (MetSyn) is a combination of conditions—like obesity, high blood pressure, insulin resistance, and abnormal cholesterol—that increase the risk of heart issues. Each aspect of MetSyn can lead to atrial fibrosis (scar tissue in the heart’s upper chambers), which disrupts the heart’s electrical signals ⚡️ and sets the stage for atrial fibrillation (AFib). In English: everyone can pretty much go back to normal. Focus on illness that is medically significant. Stop worrying about positive cases because nothing is going to stop them. Think about the bigger picture of overall social health. End the compulsion. Thank you. It’s only two and a half years late.

Cities across the country fired teachers, firefighters, health care staffers, police officers, sanitation workers and so many others because they refused to get vaccinated ... while we baked banana bread and patted ourselves on the back for ordering from Uber Eats. Now the CDC acknowledges this was the wrong thing to do. Whoopsie!
